General Rules, Legal Disclosure, Terms and Conditions:

This Agreement constitutes and expresses the entire agreement and understanding between the IFS and the students of the IFS in reference to all matters herein referred to, all previous discussions, promises, representations and understandings relative thereto, if any, had between the parties hereto, being herein merged. Do not forget to read Imp. Announcements and News from and Student Portal and FAQ’s from 

  1. Read all these (below mentioned)  details, rules,  terms and conditions very carefully. IFS will not responsible for any consequences / losses. Save these terms and conditions for your own reference. No refund will be provided if these rules and guidelines are ignored. 

  2. According to needs and information received from concerned organizations, departments and quality policy updates, we regularly update / improve or change these Rules, Regulations, Terms, Conditions, Notices, Announcements, Fee Structures, Course Patterns, Syllabus etc on regular basis, so please always visit website, exam. schedule page, FAQ, T&C & Notice / News / Announcements :  (for updates / announcements / changes etc) and also check all your emails regularly. Regarding educational website we update all content at and student portal so student must refer updated content from this site only. Other sites are not regularly updated and IFS will not be responsible any losses due to old content. Always confirm all details from only.

  3. The roll number/course key/login details to; each student will be given on admission. On admission every student will receive an Identity Card, Study Material / Reference Books, Course Completion Certificate etc,  according to course type and course mode as mentioned in below terms. Only Course Completion Certificate will be provided to Short term certificate courses. (Printed Certificate will be sent by Post / Courier. No Mark sheet.). Course Completion Certificate and Mark Sheet will be provided to all courses other than Short Term Certificate Courses.

  4. Qualification Certificates (Course, Diploma or Degree Certificate, Mark sheet etc) of the previous school or college will be required from each student wishing to join the course.

  5. Student can pay course fee by any method like Online, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking etc… but If you are paying by DD or Cheque: The Demand Draft or Cheque must be drawn in favour of ‘I F S’, and Do not write any other word or name. On Cheque or DD only write IFS and nothing else. (Payable at Pune)

  6. Student must submit their qualification documents, address proofs, identity proofs and documents mentioned at:  along with application form. Application form / result will not be processed without all documents. All documents must be sent within 3 days after payment. If you need any additional time, then request email to must be sent for pre-approval. 

  7. The application fee / course fee paid for the course, and is not refundable. We can only refund the application fee when a course applied for has been cancelled by IFS, or Only in case he/she does not get a seat, also, the fee payment cannot be transferred to another course. Fee once paid is not refundable or adjustable under any circumstances in future. Don’t pay any extra amount apart from the requisite fee. Admission once cancelled will not be re-considered and fee paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. All payment are final so… no charge back or refunds. Fee mentioned in INR / Rs. is for Indian students only. Fee mentioned in USD is for International Students or Out of India Students. Due to Special agreement with banks – Charge-backs, Transaction Disputes or Refunds etc not allowed in any condition. 

  8. Any change in address, email id, phone number, mobile number or in any other details must be informed in advanced. For this student must submit online form from (Form must be submitted 15 working days to make it effective).
  9. Any change in the application form fields / name / submission of supporting documents etc will only be allowed within 48 hours after admission. No request for correction will be accepted after 2 days from the date of registration. Students have to ensure that they have made the right selection of course / subject and have read the course details carefully before applying. Admission shall not be transferred from one course to another under any circumstances. Please login to your Student Portal and review all the details carefully including Name, Course, Contact Details etc, contact support team immediately if the error persists.
  10. Always use exact same email id used during application or only registered email id for any correspondence in future. Do not use or contact trough any other email id which is not registered with us. You will not receive any response, and IFS will not be responsible for any losses. If your email id is changed then inform us instantly from- (Your registered email id is your unique identity)
  11. Identity Card : I-card / Student Discount Membership Card having life time validity can be provided for students appeared for courses having course duration more than 6 month (PG, Professional, Universal Certification only), and will be sent later (along with Final Result / Certificate), we provide I-Card on complimentary basis in specific format only, it helps students in future for concession in IFS Seminars, Workshops, Next admissions, Conferences etc for IFS internal purposes only and not for any other purposes. Single Unique Card- Student Name & IFS Student Ref. No. will be mentioned on an I-card along with a photograph, If you have enrolled for multiple courses then only one common i-card will be issued as course / subject name is not mentioned in any i-card, No duplicate card will be issued to any student.

  13. For any correspondence please use Registered Post, Speed Post or any trusted / reliable courier services. Do not send any documents or communications by normal post or book post etc. (we will not be responsible for any losses).  We recommend for Speed Post or Registered Post and courier services like- BlueDart, Fedex, DHL, Overnite Express, DTDC, Palande Courier, First Flight, TrackOn, Professional Courier etc. For these courier companies prefer premium and fast delivery options instead of normal services.

  14. IFS reserves the right to alter fee, course structure, content, or any of the terms or conditions described in this site/brochure without notice at any time and to deny enrollment to any person without explanation. Course syllabus displayed on website may vary from course to course or course type to course type, content may vary student to student. IFS is short name for INTERNATIONAL FORENSIC SCIENCES and old org. Intense Forensic Services, so all name including IFS and IFS INDIA are short names for INTERNATIONAL FORENSIC SCIENCES and nothing else. Syllabus, Curriculum, Course Contents are reference purposes only, may slightly vary, dependent on course type, course duration, course mode, course pattern etc. but primarily includes all important and essential topics.

  15. Indian Student Category- Students residing in India, having Indian postal address with Indian citizenship. International Student Category- Students residing out of India and having postal address out of India.

  16. Course duration will be started / counted from first payment only. (Not from registration, confirmation email, document submission or delivery of study materials. If you receive study materials late it does not mean that, you course is not started.) e.g. If you apply on 24 Feb. 2022, Course fee paid on 01 March 2023, Document Submitted on 03 March 2023, Study Materials received on 29 March 2023, in such case your courses is started on 01 March 2023. Please refer Holiday List from- , All mentioned times are Indian Standard Times – You can check current Indian Time from- (Days mentioned are working days / Business Days = Excluding weekends (Saturday & Sundays) and Holidays.) All courses are purely subscription based. So complete your certification / course within designated time / duration only. Unused subscription / course benefits etc will not be carried forward or refunded.

  17. We are not responsible for delays in course fee payment on given time period due to courier or postal delay, holidays, payment processing time, cheque / Demand Draft rejection or any other reason from your side. We are not responsible for postal delays or processing delays by a payee etc and We may charge you additional late fees on the basis number of delayed days, so it is always requested that- Pay your course fee before time to avoid any type of late fee and always visit website for updates, announcements, changes etc and also check your emails…

  18. You can pay course fee and installments by all payment methods including DD, Cheque, NEFT, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking etc. BUT- for late fee payments, re-exam fee payments etc Demand Draft and Cheques like time consuming payment methods will not be accepted. In such cases you have to use Cash Deposit, Online Transfer, NEFT, Cash Payments, Debit Card or Credit Card payments, net banking etc…
  19. It always requested / suggested that- Consider all the deadlines or final dates by deducting min. 7 to 10 days to avoid any type of problems due to late cheque clearances from bank, postal delay, internal dept. processing delay, flexibility due to some other students dates, holidays or other technical or unavoidable reasons.

  20. After registration / admission Indian & Distance Courses Certification students will receive their study material within 10 to 15 working days (Excluding Holidays and Weekends) from the date of registration (First Payment), In some cases it may take more time due to unavailability of Ref. Books from our Publisher, Holidays, Shortage of study material / staff etc and other unavoidable reasons. (After Clearance of Cheque / DD etc)

  21. International / Outside India students who wants printed notes, books and ref. material by courier / post , then 200 USD will be charged extra.(Optional).
    Special Note – For dispatching of study material as well as mark sheet and certificate, Indian postal service will be used. If private courier services will be required to be used (for Study material/ Mark sheet and Certificate) then international / outside India students must have to pay courier charges separately. (Students can send prepaid envelope or can pay through online shipping labels and send the bar-code/labels to us).

  22. All our Courses, Study Material and Contents are for educational and informational purposes only. IFS and Team will not responsible for their misuse, User will be solely responsible for misuse of the Education, Information, Knowledge and Tools or any other content. All courses, content and all course related activities are conducted in ENGLISH language only. Strictly English medium for all courses, so student must have sufficient knowledge about English Language.

  23. Our Courses will / may not transfer as college credit. Many colleges, Organizations, Companies and universities around the world do accept our courses certificates as fulfilling prerequisite program requirements. However, we do not keep track of what courses are accepted where and under what conditions. These all are Forensic Science based additional knowledge enhancing courses for public awareness and not related to MCI, DCI, Bar Council of India or other Councils / Boards. Always contact us for any query before joining course regarding this. Not eligible for scholarships etc through DISE / AISHE / CEEB Code etc. All IFS courses are designed for specific purposes only and not entitled for any other purposes. With IFS Certifications & courses any one can not start their medical practice, dental practice or any such practice where public health or safety concerns are serious.

  24. We do not provide any medical, dental, technical or allied courses. We do not award any medical / dental or technical qualification which cover medical practice, patient health, oral or dental health, diseases & its treatments or serious safety related concern issues etc. With this certificate, anyone can not start any medical practice or dental practice. These are purely forensic sciences courses which are based on forensic investigations, evidence examinations, providing expert opinions in court as per Indian Evidence Act. Section 45 and related exhibits etc.
  25. We do not provide any live classes or classroom based classes. There is separate training department which provides training in specific subjects, its optional and paid training (not included in these certification fees). Students do not need to attend any classes because we provide fully self study, distance and online courses only, Duration mentioned on site is maximum duration required to complete his/her course. Indian Students have to appear for exam after completion of specified course duration, but this duration is not applicable to International students (Fast Track), as they can appear for exam (On Exam Days option provided by IFS) when they will finish their study. Online Exam will be conducted on specific Saturday only (Once a month). Always check all course details before enrollment and fee payment, Carefully check our certification pattern, course structure, and pattern etc to avoid any type of misunderstanding, also check full forms and abbreviations of all course types, certifications and subjects, for example STC is Short Term Certificate Course Certification, PG Certification is Professional Gold / Practicing Gold Certification and not Post Graduate Certification, UC is Universal Certification and Not Under Graduate Certification Course. All these details are updated on the website on respective pages and sections. Please read it very carefully. If you have any doubt or query please contact us by email before payment.

  26. We provide printed notes / reference books to Indian residence and distance education mode students only, alternatively online study material will be provided to International students, If shipping charges are paid separately by international students then only printed material will be provided. Some cases student have to access online study materials from website for more reference study, advanced study, basic books, supplementary materials etc. eStudy means fully Online Mode, Offline means Distance + Online Mode. 

  27. Our courses will guide you about Legal Procedures, Forensic Relations, Ethics, Forensic Science Aspects etc about every subject, We do not provide Medical, Engineering etc courses. Sensitive Courses contents are available only for Law Enforcement Officers, so some course content may vary.

  28. Our Certificates are acceptable for Jobs and Legal purposes as recognized from government agencies. IFS is Govt. Regd., ISO 9001-2015 Certified and Autonomous Forensic Organization / Corporate, not a Institute, University or College. ‘Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India, (Perspective Plan for Indian Forensics, 2010) submitted by IFS  Education Department for more details visit About Us page’.

  29. Acceptability of Recognitions is depend up on respective team / officer / organizations etc,, These are not college or university courses, these are short term certifications that are designed for those who want to improve their knowledge, awareness and additional qualification purposes

  30. All Franchise, affiliated centers or corporate member’s are independent legal entities. The IFS is not responsible in anyway for the decisions and actions taken by these independent entities and they solely responsible for all other activities.

  31. Our courses are for your educational enrichment, enhancing knowledge and professional developments, We provide job assistance to our students if their basic qualification meets eligibility criteria, it means you must have strong basic qualifications, so these course will give you additional weightage, it could not be considered as Job Guarantee or Assured  Placement.

  32. Our courses are self-paced / self study mode with instructor-led (Online Support Ticket). Student can study on specific subject from their own home or office with our Study Materials / Kit. We do not provide Classroom Training, Video Classes, recorded video classes or pre-recorded lectures etc; No live classes though skype, meet, zoom etc. for all these courses. Student have to apply for training, workshop, internships, seminar and other personal classes separately from or your nearest forensic orgnization. Fee, entrance exam or selection criteria is depend on type of training.

  33. Additional Taxes / fees / Too and Fro / Work / Service charges may apply.

  34. IFS shall have no responsibility for any damage to Books, Certificates, Forms, DD / Cheques, Documents or any other losses, in courier or postal services.

  35. We provide Online Support Ticket System for help or support, We do not provide – Skype, Chatting, or other support modes, and Study modes likes Zoom, Google Meet etc. For any updates or announcements please contact us regularly, in many cases or related to assignment questions, exam. schedule our team will update details on website and they never directly contact with students, so please visit our website regularly. Student must have basic knowledge about computer, internet, email etc to access online portals, study materials, to check announcements, updates, exam. schedule, to appear online exam., to assignment questions etc. As our main communication medium is E-Mail Only and all the systems are online, so you may not receive any phone call from us, alternatively we place all the announcements on website (Exam. Schedule Page, Terms and Condition Page / FAQ etc) or some time we may send it by emails. No reminder calls will be made.

  36. For any request, help or complaint etc always contact us by email or support control panel and NOT BY PHONE, IFS will not be responsible for any complaint regarding telephonic conversation, any wrong information or support team’s promises over pone etc, so always use email as a contact or support method, so we and you can track every contact activity / communication. always use e-mail, because you have a record and can get a read receipt. Please be mindful of your course activities, dates and time(s) as no reminder calls will be given.

  37. Indian Students may use Universal Currency Converter from to pay fee in other currencies. Payment through International Credit Cards, Debit Cards etc may be subject to providing support documents such as the latest Credit Card Statement with id proof.

  38. On cancellations or withdrawals, no payments will be refunded. Unused benefits will be expired permanently. Course Fee will not be transferred to another course. No any changes will be accepted in course name, course mode, course fee etc. Course materials can not be returned or changed etc. Any undelivered and returned consignments will be re-dispatched after shipping fee payment. Shipping, payment gateway charges, PG taxes and insurance charges etc are non-refundable. In case of cheque return, bounce or dishonor you will also have to bear cheque return charges, shipping fee and handling charges of 500 Rs to 1000 Rs. No refund will be provided if these rules and guidelines are ignored, or enrolled mistakenly without understanding course structure, course pattern and course guidelines etc.

  39. Before filling up the application form, please ensure your eligibility for admission as mentioned on web page- , otherwise the application form will be cancelled and the fee paid by you will not be refunded. Neither any intimation will be sent to you, nor any correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

  40. It is your responsibility to review, contact and visit our websites, support team from time to time to ensure that you continue to agree with all of its terms. If you have any questions, please contact us. It is students first duty to read terms, conditions, FAQ and emails etc, any losses caused due to this will not considered in any circumstances. Please check your emails regularly and mark your calendars as there are no reminder calls. Every student must have his/her active email id and phone number. (Unacceptable reasons- My email account was hacked, my email account was not working, I don’t have internet connection, There was internet connectivity problem, I don’t have email ID, I don’t have knowledge about computer or internet, power failure, account was deleted, I was busy, I was out of country or city, other official works, official or personal reasons, health or bed rest reasons etc…)

  42. Student have to submit their qualifications documents, identity proof, residence proof and passport size photograph after fee payment. For detailed documents and information please visit

  43. Your certificate & mark sheet will be printed with your name as it appears on your documents and/or application. Should you wish to modify your name on your certificate and mark sheet, please submit a Change form along with legal supporting documentation of the change such as a attested photocopy of your driving license, passport, aadhaar card or pan card + latest electricity / telephone bill. For a name change to be reflected on the final certificate, the name change request must be submitted at least two months prior to the examination and/or certificate dispatch.

  44. Incorrect Certificate / Mark Sheet : Contact us to report if you find any printing error / mistake on your certificate or mark sheet (Typo from our side). If you have received your certificate / mark sheet and found any printing error, then you must return your original certificate / mark sheet to the IFS Office within 15 days from certificate issued, any request received after 15 days will not be considered in any condition and respective student will be solely responsible for any such losses. Any issues related to incorrect delivery, missing items, damages etc must be reported within 3 days of the receipt/delivery or within 7 days after dispatch. 

  45. Computer Knowledge: Student must have basic knowledge about computer, internet, email etc to access online portals, study materials, to check announcements, updates, exam. schedule, to appear online exam., to assignment questions etc. Student must have sufficient typing speed to write exam answers in sufficient time, they can also take help from friend or family member for this. IFS will not be responsible for losses due to lack of computer related knowledge. 

  46. Contact us by email for Exam. dates, Assignment Questions, Study Material Queries etc, Always contact our support team by email or by support control panel, IFS may contact you regarding exam. schedule, assignment or further procedures.

  47. Assignments / Home Work: Detailed instructions for assignments are given in Student Portal and Website. Assignment must be submitted only once – per semester. Assignment rules are same for all type of assignment submissions. Always submit assignment on time without any delay to avoid suspension / activation fee. Do not submit multiple assignments / assignment files for each sem., All questions must be written in single / one file only. Acceptable assignment length (Total Answers – All Questions) is about 15 to 20 pages to get passing score. Maximum limit is about 50 pages. Page limit = Excluding Blank spaces, Cover pages, Images, Tables, Photos etc. Do not copy/paste answers from internet / eBooks or any other sources, use your own language to write assignments. Assignment is part of exam / evaluation so it can not be re-submitted. Refer detailed assignment guidelines from your student portal. All assignment guidelines are the same / applicable for all types of assignment submissions. There are no separate guidelines for different types / modes of submissions. 

  48. RESCHEDULE-EXAM : If student failed in appeared exam then one free extra attempt will be provided immediately on same exam day, within same exam timings. e.g.  Exam time limit is 30 min. If students appears for exam at 12 PM IST, and fails in appeared exam before 12.30 PM then one free extra attempt will be provided, Exam portal will closed at 1 PM.* For more details please refer detailed terms and info. from student portal / exam portal*.

  49. RE-EXAM : If student fails to appear exam / failed in appeared exam, then maximum 3 extra paid attempts will be provided  (as per exam rescheduling fee norms, 1200 Rs. / 50 USD). After 3 extra attempts if student still fails in exam / fail to appear, then in rare / special cases 2 extra attempts will be provided by paying 2400 INR / 100 USD per attempt (as per exam rescheduling fee norms). Extra attempt will not be provided – If student violates our rules and guidelines e.g. Plagiarism?, Delay in answer submission, Lack of time, Short content etc. After these 5 attempts student’s will not get any Extra attempt and student portal account will get suspended permanently. Respected student’s admission will be considered as null / void.

  50. After paying re-exam fee : Exam will be postponed to next month / next scheduled exam day only. No customized dates or months will be provided. E.g. Your exam was scheduled on …. Feb. 2020, then after paying the re-exam fee your exam will be rescheduled on ….. Mar. 2020, not beyond next month. If you schedule late then per day late fee & per month re-exam fee of 1200 Rs applicable. 

  51. If you fail to appear for an online examination on confirmed / scheduled exam. date or fail to submit assignment or course is not completed within stipulated time, then your account will be suspended automatically and then you have to pay a 1200 INR / $50 rescheduling / activation fee + 50 Rs. per day (with RMP Medical Certificate). If any student fails to confirm exam. date and even not appear for automatically scheduled date then also it will be suspended (Absent Mark) and he/she have to pay a 1200 INR / $50 rescheduling fee + 50 Rs. per day from the first exam. date (with RMP Medical Certificate), after passing 7 day registration / admission will be deleted.

  52. If you fail to appear a second time or any student fail to appear exam. within specified schedule, then your application will be considered void, and you will have to submit a new application with new fees… (For your Exam. Schedule visit Website*).

  53. The void date on an application may be extended up to 20 days if you provide documented evidence that the failure to reschedule the exam was due to a medical emergency or other circumstance beyond your control (Exam. re-schedule fee and late fee apply).

  54. If student gets passing marks : 50% or above, then he/she can not re-appear for exam. Re-exam available only to failed students. Student must re-appear for only failed exam/paper and not for all exam parts or papers. If you want to improve your score then you will be provided paid exam attempts, if you apply for re-exam within 3 days of your first exam. 

  55. Students must confirm their online exam. date at-least before 15 working days before their first exam. date choice. Exam. dates confirmed before 2-3 days or one day before can not be accepted. To check your exam. schedule please visit- your student portal and confirm any one date choice from same student portal ; If we do not received any exam. date confirmation before your first exam. date, then your first exam. date / choice will be considered as your final exam. date choice and second exam. date choice will not be assigned in any condition, so please confirm it before 15 working days. If we do not receive any response regarding your exam. date choice (after passing your first exam. date option) your application will be suspended and considered as null & void. Please give priority to the exams, assignments, information, instructions, dates, and updates. First preference to the your exams, assignments and course completion highly expected. (No exam for Short Term Course. Only Assignment / Homework or Project should be submitted.)

  56. When you confirms Exam Date, Our Team will send you Online Examination Login details before 12 to 24 Hour of your examination day/date, if you do not receive any exam. login details within 12 to 24 hour of your exam timing, then please email us at (Inform by E-Mail Only) – Please note that, if your fees is pending you may not appear for exam. all the course fee must be paid before your exam. within 90 days of admission / registration, if any student fail to pay remaining course fee within specified time or his/her admission is suspended the he/she can’t get exam. login details from exam. dept. (Confirmation of full course fee payment from account dept. is required), in such case exam. re-schedule fee 1200 Rs. + 50 Rs. per day late fee may apply.

  57. After completion of online exam.:  Confirm your result & Apply for Mark Sheet / Certificate etc by visiting this link- , If any student fails to confirm / submit above application form, their result will not be confirmed / processed. Only after confirmation our exam. team will dispatch you your result within 20-30 working days, (Student enrolled for One year courses, and appeared for First Sem. exam will receive only online result and both the sem result will be sent after second sem. exam.) always check for automated confirmation email after submission of above form, if you do not receive it within 10-15 min. after submitting or if you do not find it in SPAM / BULK / JUNK folder please submit it again or contact support team from  (No exam for Short Term Course. Only Assignment / Homework or Project should be submitted.).

  58. After completion of all required formalities we will dispatch your Certificate / Marksheet etc on your registered address within 20 to 30 working days. If you do not receive it within 30 working days then please inform us immediately. No any complaint after 30 days will be entertained in any condition. Courier Agencies / Postal Dept. store their online status / data up to 90 days only. If you do not receive it – complaint should be lodged with in a month. Courier and Postal services are beyond our control. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, damages, missing items or incorrect deliveries. In such conditions you have to apply for duplicate certificate / marksheet. After payment we will re-dispatch it. In case shipment returned to IFS due to any reason, reverse & re-shipping charges should be borne by student. Same rules are applicable for study materials or other deliveries. We store data for limited period only. If you do not receive any complaint within specified time then it will be considered as delivered. A student will have to complete the entire programme within a specified period from the date of admission.
  59. Two Exam. Dates / Options are fixed exam. dates / choices, no any extension will be provided without these two options, (one extension can be provided in medical emergency situations if RMP Medical Certificate provided within 3 days of exam. date after approval from concerned authority only). No any additional exam. date will be provided excluding provided two options / exam. dates in any circumstances. Exam. date once confirmed or auto-scheduled can not be changed later, another given exam. date can be selected only within 24 hours after confirmation of exam. date. When student confirm correct exam date, then it will be verified by team and will be updated in first option column and another unwanted or unassigned date will be deleted. First column will shown confirmed or auto-scheduled exam date and second column will shown word- Confirmed. Student must verify confirmed exam date and inform us if any error found without any delay. IFS team will not be responsible for any negligence or misunderstanding or communication gap due to any reason. If student fail to appear for confirmed or auto-scheduled exam date then it will be suspended. Student must re-activate suspended application within 7 days (By paying re-exam fee + late fee per day), after 10 days it can not be considered for re-activation. Students suspended for 20 days and not re-activated within 30 days will be deleted permanently.

  60. Due to some unavoidable critical reasons, If any student want to extend their exam. date, then they have to submit any critical reason in request letter in writing along with proof like- Medical Certificate from recognized Authority / RMP etc. then you can extend your exam. date but only once (Acc. to final decision from dept.). Maximum extension period is 20 days. (Final decision by Senior authority only without any additional communication). This extension in exam or change in exam date will be provided only once and will not affect on second sem. exam dates. e.g. If your date is extended for first sem and within next month your course is going to complete then, you second sem exam will be conducted in next month only, it clearly means- You can not get benefit for second sem exam. No any request or complaint will be accepted regarding this. 

  61. If Application / Admission or Registration is- Suspended / Deleted, then no any complaint will be accepted in any condition, We also not responsible for any losses caused. If we have sent reminder emails and you have not checked it and not responded within specified time due to any reasons / problems then no any request will be considered for activation / concession or refund etc. Check your emails regularly and also visit our website for updates, announcements etc because IFS may not send you reminders by email every time. Only suspended application can be reactivated after paying reactivation fee and late fee within specified time.

  62. Your responsibilities are- To check exam. schedules, confirm exam. dates in specified time, recheck confirmed exam dates final confirmation, if any error inform us immediately, submit assignment on time, appear for specified exam. date within exam. time, confirm result after exam., apply for mark sheet / certificate online and also check exam. schedule page, Terms and Conditions Page and FAQ for updates, new announcements, changes in rules etc…

  63. Fee once paid is not refundable or adjustable under any circumstances in future. Don’t pay any extra amount apart from the requisite fee. Admission Forms received without supporting documents will be rejected and fee will not be refunded. Your admission will be cancelled… As per our special bank agreement there is no way to refund, reverse amount, transaction dispute with bank, or chargeback transactions. If: Application form is incomplete, fee paid is short, required documents are not complete, false documents have been submitted, required educational qualifications are not fulfilled, incorrect or wrong information is given, Imp. Note: Admission once cancelled will not be re-considered and fee paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

  64. Admission will be considered as Null and void & Account will be deleted permanently : If your course / certification subscription expires, it goes through the following stages: Expired / Suspended – Deleted. If suspended account is not activated within 30 days, failed to appear for any exam, poster / assignment not submitted in given time, remaining fee not paid on time, course not completed within stipulated time, or students entire course duration is extended by 30 days or more. No any fee will be refunded in above cases.  Fresh admission will be required in such cases. You can start your course as soon as you pay your course fee, submit your documents and the student portal account is activated. Admission schedule shown on the website is tentative, automated and only for admission purposes, may vary course to course.
  65. No any certification benefits will be activated after your course subscription expires. We do not offer refunds or credits for unused certification subscription periods or course benefits.
  66. All rights are reserved including right of admission / registration AND opportunity of Re-Exam, I-Card, Re-schedule, Late Fee, Payment terms, Fee Concessions, Scholarships etc. All final decisions by Concerned Authority. It must be permitted or granted only after proper procedure and decision from concerned authority. 

  67. There may be some changes / updates in Rules, Regulations, Terms, Conditions, Fee Structures, Course Patterns, Syllabus, Login keys etc every 2-3 months or bi-annually so always visit website for updates / announcements and also check emails regularly. Almost all activities are online and you can get all updates online.
  68. Please read all the rules, regulations, terms and conditions carefully (Before Application and Fee Payment ), to avoid any kind of trouble or misunderstandings, at later stage any kind of objections, requests or complaints will not be entertained in any situation. Violations of rules, terms & conditions; unacceptable arguments, inappropriate behavior; negligence to confirm dates, submit assignment, any fee payment, updates, changes, announcements, checking emails regularly etc will not be tolerated in any circumstances. Changes, if any, made in the admission rules, guidelines and/or in the T&C from time to time shall be applicable to candidates seeking admission in the IFS.

  69. Complaint should be lodged within a specified time. IFS will not be responsible for delayed complaints, problems or complaints not brought to our attention within a specified time. No any complaint will be entertained in any condition. 
  70. Incase of misuse, misbehavior, charge-backs, disputes, legal matters or unethical act – all services will be considered as null and void, account will be suspended, ongoing services will be paused, charge-back amount will be considered as negative balance / pending fee.
  71. Forensic data erasure requests (GDPR) : All students educational data will be permanently stored including Name, Score, Subject, Course details etc. Data of students who applied but not paid or not completed their course will be automatically after 1 year. If you don’t want to retain any data for any period then please do not apply or submit application form. If you submit data it means you are agree with IFS terms and conditions. So, do not submit Forensic data erasure requests, we do not accept such request there after. You will be responsible for your acts. We publish list & photo of random / selected students on our website after receving completion certificate. We update this rarely / after long intervals & may discontinue.
  72. Recommendation letters : Please note that we do not provide recommendation letters / reference letters for jobs, training, internships, research, educational purposes etc. (We provide online certification courses which are self-study mode only, as we do not know the students personally- we can not sign / stamp any type of recommendations.) As you know – there is no any face-to-face interaction so we can not attest to an student’s character and abilities etc. Instead of this, we can provide with the bonafide if required (after bonafide application / request & payment).
  73. Always use officially mentioned details for any payment. Do not pay to any other name, upi id or account numbers. Only pay to official account names, numbers & director name accounts mentioned above. We do not accept any payments to the staff account. For any suspicious activity always confirm it from IFS by email. IFS will not be responsible for any loss. You are solely responsible for any loss or damage you or we may suffer as a result of your failure to do so.
  74. Always call to / accept calls from official numbers only. Don’t answer calls from any other numbers. If you receive an unwanted call from someone who claims to be IFS Staff or working with IFS, feel free to hang up at any time. Don’t call a number they gave you. So, please do not call to any other numbers and We do not call from any other numbers. Fraudsters may upload fake numbers on their fake websites which come up in Google search results. If you receive a call from any other number, ask them to call from 97 97 100 100 or 93 83 100 100 or 90 11 864 864 or 020 41264864. For any suspicious activity always confirm it from IFS by email. IFS will not be responsible for any loss. You are solely responsible for any loss or damage you or we may suffer as a result of your failure to do so.
  75. Arbitration : All disputes relating to or arising out of this agreement etc shall be settled by reference to arbitration only and not by recourse to the courts of law, as per the applicable Indian Law including the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996. An arbitration tribunal consisting of a single member only shall conduct arbitration. The IFS’s nominee shall be the persona designate as an arbitrator. The venue of arbitration shall be Pune, India. The arbitration clause shall however not apply if the IFS and or the authorized agent decide to prosecute any student for any criminal offences, including but not limited to dishonor of post-dated cheques.

  76. Indemnity : A student agrees to indemnify, defend and hold the IFS harmless from and against any and all loss, damage, liability and expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of any third party claim, action or proceeding based directly or indirectly on the acts of omission or commission by the member or his/her agents, the breach or alleged breach or failure to comply with any applicable laws or regulations, concerning the practice of profession.

  77. Limitation of Liability : The liability of the IFS towards the students is limited only to the extent of the Enrollment Fees paid by them. To clarify further, the IFS shall not be liable to the students for fees paid by them to any franchise etc as tuition and other fees. The IFS shall also not be liable to the students for punitive, exemplary, special, indirect, or consequential damages, including without limitation, lost profits.

  78. We may change these Charges and Terms & Conditions at any time, without notice. Also refer all Terms, Guidelines, Rules and Regulations from your Student Portal carefully.
  79. Applicable Law : The agreement shall be deemed to have been made in Pune in the State of Maharashtra, India and shall be construed and enforced in accordance with and the validity and performance hereof shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India without reference to principles of conflict of laws thereof. Judicial proceedings regarding any matter arising under the terms of the Agreement shall be brought in the relevant courts of Pune, India. Jurisdiction for all disputes (if any) relating to the any courses is Pune, India.

  80. All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Pune, India only.

  81. Read all these (above mentioned) details, rules, terms and conditions very carefully. IFS will not responsible for any consequences / losses.

The IFS reserves the right to change the curriculum, course structure and the rules relating to admissions, fee structure and examinations. Details may be modified from time to time for academic, regulatory and operational reasons. The students will be governed by the latest regulations applicable to them during the relevant batch / course.
